Mobile insurance is necessary if you want to not have to pay the expensive replacement cost if your mobile phone is lost, stolen or damaged.

It is a painful situation to be in - that is if you dont have mobile insurance.

A decent level of cover should include mobile phone theft, phone loss (excludes iphones) and phone damage.

You should also get a few extra elements like mobile insurance international cover - for when you are abroad with your phone - and fraudulent call cover - to cover the cost of calls made by the phone thief without your permission.
